The new ChipsFly router lift system with a 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" aluminum router plate provides convenience and essential features at a budget-friendly price. It has a smooth lifting action for bit height adjustments. You can quickly raise the router to its highest point for easy, above-table bit changes. Designed for use with mid-sized 3-1/2" router motors such as the Porter-Cable 690/890 series, Bosch 1617/1618 series, and Dewalt 610/618 series.

Use the included crank handle and the built-in micro-adjustment scale to dial the exact bit height you require quickly. The scale graduations are in 0.001". You can zero out the scale at any point, then each full rotation is 0.05". Hence, a half-inch is ten rotations, a quarter inch five rotations, etc.

A carriage lock keeps the router from creeping downward. The 3/8" thick aluminum plate provides perfect flatness with no sag. Three cams in the router plate adjust the plate to fit the table cutout. The package includes a starting pin for free-hand routing against bearing bits, leveling screws, five concentric insert rings, and a ring wrench.
